OBJECTIVES | ||||||||||||
The degree in Energy and Environment aims to provide the graduate with skills and knowledge in the areas of environmental impacts, energy and environmental audits and certification, pollution control technologies, design and conception of energy production systems with particular emphasis on renewable energy, hydraulic infrastructures and water treatment areas, in a scientific, technical and professional context at a national and international level. | ||||||||||||

» Elaboration of environmental impact studies; » Preparation of energy and environmental audits; » Planning production, supply and energy management systems, using energy and environmental efficiency criteria. » Elaboration of pollution control projects (noise, soil, water, air); » Participation in the development of simple and automatic transfer stations, sanitary landfills, leachate treatment stations, ETA, WWTP and water supply and drainage systems; » Execution of sealing and inspection of sanitary landfills, transfer stations, eco centres, sorting centres, biogas recovery centres; » Ability to recognise and control the interaction between Man, energy and the environment; » Overview of the functioning of a company; » Ability to act according to the rules of ethics and professional deontology. |
