OBJECTIVES | ||||||||||||
The Management course aims to provide graduates with skills and knowledge in the area of management associated with economic and business sciences in a scientific, technical and professional context of national and international scope that contemplates activities of logistical support for production and the provision of services in any economic sector and all organizations, from all branches of activity, covering the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of processes that refer to human, material, patrimonial, production, information, financial and accounting resources. | ||||||||||||

The profile of the graduate in Management complies with the following general aptitudes: - Exercise ethically and efficiently the attributions and prerogatives that are prescribed by deontological and/or professional codes and also by specific legislation; - Develop an attitude of permanent learning, awareness of the value of culture, research and education, as well as the development of self-directed learning. - Develop effective self-management practices in terms of time, planning and behaviour, personal dynamics, individual initiative and enterprise; - Know and apply information technologies, decision support systems, operating systems and IT tools for the execution and development of business activity; - Promote modern management practices; - Implement management techniques with an emphasis on strategic management, quality and organizational development; - Identify and interpret the guidelines of the various types of planning applicable to the management of organizations. |
