OBJECTIVES

» Develop knowledge and understanding in the Hotel Management field.
» Know how to apply the acquired knowledge and understanding, in order to show a professional approach to the work carried out in this vocational area.
» Gain problem-solving skills within this area of training and build and substantiate arguments.
» Gain the ability to collect, select and interpret relevant information in this area, enabling Hotel Management graduates to base the solutions they advocate and the judgments they issue, including relevant social, scientific and ethical aspects in the analysis.
» Develop skills that allow communicating information, ideas, problems and solutions, both to specialists and non-specialists.
» Acquire learning skills that allow a high degree of autonomy.

ACHIEVEMENT PROFILE

Bachelor's Degree holders with the ability to integrate, adapt and operate in hotel and catering companies, with the ability to manage physical, human and financial resources, a sense of responsibility, a spirit of service and a taste for leadership, as well as the ability to work individually and cooperatively.
Bachelor’s Degree holders with availability to work shifts and long hours and with organizational skills, resource and time management.
Enjoys investigation, creativity and research.
